1.) All teams which play in the PVJSL, must be affiliated with the MYSA. Proof of affiliation must be submitted at the time of registration (i.e. cancelled check, fee submission form and notarized letter).

2.) Each Club must file a completed roster for each team it has listed. U9 and U10 must have 10 players rostered and U11 through U19 must have 13 players rostered.

3.) All U15 - U19 teams must post a $200.00 bond. This bond will be returned at the end of the season to the team/club as long as all games are played and all fines are paid.

4.) All new clubs/teams must post a $200.00 per team bond, which will be held for one year. If after one year, this club is still in good standing with the league (i.e. All fines paid, no games forfited) the bond will be returned.
